| We value every customer, be you a hobbyist or large production facility manager. Obviously each of your volume needs is going to vary dramatically. We ship via FedEx Ground for small orders, and LTL trucking for palletized orders. If you have, or can obtain, a business district delivery address for pallets, it will save you the residential delivery fees. |
| Our process here is to make placing your order an easy and pleasant experience. Logs must usually be ordered in stock lengths (8ft, 10ft, 12ft, etc.) but list the shortest lengths you need. Split logs must be in even numbers. (We can’t sell one half of a log). Note if you need absolutely straight logs. Logs are unique, and are not exact. The diameter tapers approximately 1” per 10ft of length and we try to keep your preferred diameter to mid-span. If you need a certain diameter at either the small or large end of the log, please make notation. The form below can be completed and emailed to us or printed and sent via US mail. | The below form does not address drilling of holes. For us to drill holes, you will need to send us your plans detailing exact hole specs in regard to size, depth, spacing and angle. |
